FOUND: Female adult dog found laying outside of Fraser's Restaurant on the evening of Saturday, November 12. This well-behaved girl has all the markings of a German Short-Haired Pointer, but she only weighs about 40 pounds.

Good Samaritans are taking care of her, and she responds to basic training commands like "sit," "stay" and "lay down."

She wasn't wearing a collar or tags, but she has an imprint in her fur where she likely wore a collar.

Very small female dog found on Lee Osborne Rd. off Joe Hampton in the Little Horse Creek area of Ashe County. Shed-less breed – maybe Maltese?  Age as yet undetermined. Mostly white.  Lion cut hair-do on her tail.  Super sweet.

FOUND: Beautiful, well-mannered female dog found at Twin Rivers Family Campground on the South Fork of the New River. Found on August 16, this dog was wearing a collar but no tags. She is chocolate-colored with light-colored eyes.

It appears she has not been lost for long, because she is very clean and well-groomed. She is approximately 40 pounds.

LOST:  "Lolo" was lost near Phillips Gap/ Jeffress Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway. She is a Huskie/ Redtick Hound mix and weighs approximately 35-40lbs.
